Product Return Policy

Customer Service Hours: M-F 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST

  1. All returns are subject to the manufacturer’s guidelines for RMAs and the manufacturer’s approval of the item(s) that you are requesting to return.
  2. Products are eligible for return (subject to the manufacturer’s guidelines for RMAs and the manufacturer’s approval) only for the first 15 days after invoicing.
  3. All returns must be authorized by a valid CS Business Systems Return Authorization number.
  4. Defective products must be exchanged or repaired under manufacturer warranty Term & Conditions; Contact your Account Manager for any exceptions to this return policy.
  5. All products must be returned in the original packaging as sealed by the manufacturer.
  6. Products with packaging that has been defaced, abused, or written on are NOT eligible for return.
  7. Special order, discontinued, and opened products are NOT eligible for return.
  8. Damaged products must not be moved from the point of delivery until the bill of lading has been noted and a carrier claim has been processed. Contact the carrier to initiate a claim before contacting your CS Business Systems Account Manager.
  9. Return authorization numbers are valid for 10 days.
  10. Restocking fees may apply.
  11. Finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% annual) will be added to balances over 30 days.
